We offer FREE delivery on all orders to UK addresses. Orders shipped to the EU will be charged a shipping fee dependant on the area. Unfortunately we cannot ship to the rest of the world.
Orders received before midday on a weekday will be dispatched the same day providing we have your item(s) in stock. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day providing we have your item(s) in stock.
We send your parcel via Royal Mail. Orders are sent ethier First Class or Recorded Signed For depending on the order value.
Royal Mail Signed For orders will have a unique tracking number, which will be sent to you via email so you can keep track of your parcel.
In the event of an order being returned to us via Royal Mail, due to no collection, refused or incorrect address provided by the customer will be refunded minus any delivery costs BPO incurred in sending the products out to you.

You can now choose your own delivery method on the payment page of our website. We offer guaranteed next day delivery by 1PM on all UK orders placed Monday-Thursday by 1pm. Just choose your option from the drop down menu. Any orders receieved after this time will be dispatched the following working day (Monday-Thursday). Please note, this is valid to UK orders only and there is an additional charge of £10.40 for this service. If you require a Saturday service, there is an additional charge, please call us for more information and to place your order.
Returning incorrect or faulty product(s)
We hope that you are delighted with your order from Beauty Product Online. We endeavour to give you the best possible service and delivery time, but mistakes do happen.
Please notify us if there have been any mistakes, incorrect orders or faulty products within 7 working days via [email protected] or 0800 0235277. If you return the item(s) for a refund or a replacement due to an error on our part, simply send the incorrect or faulty product(s) back and we will offer you a refund or a replacement. Please return the item(s) with the returns advice form enclosed in your original order. If you no longer have this, please email one of our team and we will be happy to send you another via email or post. To assure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by our warehouse.
Change of mind
If you change your mind about a product and would like to return it for a replacement or refund, please send the item along with the returns advice form to our warehouse within 28 days where a refund will be made against the original credit/ debit card used. We aim to process a refund within 5 working days of receiving the unused product and you will be notified by email when we have received the item. You are obliged to exercise all reasonable care to store the unwanted goods safely and in appropriate conditions.
We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used unless they are faulty. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available.
Please note, you are required to return the items to us at your expense.
Out of stock
We try to provide the best service for our customers by having all of our products in stock, however especially during busy periods such as Christmas our stock can run low. If you order a product which is out of stock, you will be notified by one of our customer service team members via email where you will be offered a refund or asked if you are happy to wait until the item is back in stock. If you choose to wait until the product is back in stock, we will notify you by email when the product is in our warehouse and an estimated dispatch date for your order. Where possible, we will try to give you a time frame as to when we will be fully stocked with your requested item again.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online.
